Return & Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Apka Chotu, and we do our best to deliver quality products every time. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you can request a return or exchange within 1 week of receiving your order. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the order confirmation or invoice. Please note that opened or used items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety concerns.

We’ll review your request and guide you through the next steps, including arranging a pickup or replacement wherever possible. Our goal is to make the process quick, simple, and fair for everyone.
